Meet our Staff
Betty Atwell, RN, BSN, CCM
I am the proud founder of Atwell & Associates, as well as the primary field case manager. I have been working in the healthcare system since 1999, first as a CNA, then as an LPN - before achieving my dream of becoming a Registered Nurse. Most of my work experience has been in Southeastern Idaho, with the exception of a few years spent in Southern California. I first entered the field of nurse case management in 2017 and quickly realized I had found my niche, this was a career that combined my love for nursing, research, and autonomy with a wide variety of challenges that would motivate continued growth. With the confidence that I was on the right path, and the support of my family, I became a Certified Case Manager in 2019 and left security of salaried employment to found Atwell & Associates in January of 2020.
My husband Jesse, and our daughters Islay and Cecilia, are my greatest joys and cheerleaders. We spend our time renovating our home, crafting, traveling, and enjoying Southeastern Idaho's great outdoors.
Lindsay Kolsen, Office Manager
Lindsay graduated from UCMT in 2002 as a massage therapist, a field she remains passionate about. She has worked as an administrative assistant and scheduler in hospitals from San Diego, CA to Baton Rouge, LA. In 2021 she returned to Idaho to be closer to her family. She joined Atwell & Associates in October of the same year.
During their down time, Lindsay and her daughter Abby enjoy traveling, cycling, meeting new people, and attending concerts. During the COVID-19 pandemic, they explored new hobbies such as leatherwork, cross-stitch, and macrame in addition to expanding their library.
